Each vendor has their own return, refund, and exchange policy which is listed on the WILD FABRIK portal in the vendor’s store which we recommend reviewing before ordering. Please refer to the vendor’s policy if they wish to submit a return, refund, or exchange an item. Some products are non-refundable which will be stated in the vendor’s policy. The request can be directly submitted through the WILD FABRIK portal for the vendor to process.

Refunds will only be processed through your original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

If you are eligible for a return as per the vendor’s return policy and approval, you must submit the return request within the vendor’s return policy timeline. Returns will only be accepted if they meet the terms of the vendor’s return policy. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging to the vendor’s shipping address in the given policy timeline. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you a replacement or refund the payment where applicable. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed, and remain in the original packaging with the product tags still attached. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to the vendor using a registered courier service.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping costs (including import tax) and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the vendor’s policy.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase or alternatively to your original payment method if requested. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, and as long as the order has not been shipped, refunds if applicable will be processed as mentioned above. If a vendor has a no cancellation or no refund policy it will be clearly mentioned on the product page and upon checkout.
