1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4-10 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier responsible for delivering your products, our partner courier is Fedex who usually deliver within 7 days, however select vendors may use an alternative courier. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

3. SHIPPED ORDERS

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment.
Dispatch times may be affected due to National Holidays or any unforeseen circumstances. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

We are able to change the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

5. ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

If an item is out of stock, we will send the in-stock items immediately and the remaining items once they come back in stock.

6. DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED

If the forecasted delivery time has passed, please contact us so that we can follow up for you.

7. TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of your shipment.

8. ORDER DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged, if possible, please reject it from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If your order has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service immediately.

9. DUTIES & TAXES
  • 9.1 Sales Tax – Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
  • 9.2 Import Duties and Taxes – Import duties and taxes for international shipments may need to be paid upon arrival. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to WILD FABRIK at your expense, and you will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
10. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order. If a refund is applicable it will be made via the payment method. Please allow 45 days for the refund to be completed.

11. INSURANCE

Orders are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

12. PROCESS FOR ORDERS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

13. PROCESS FOR ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the order lost.
